Web Comic GENZO, as part of GENTOSHA COMICS
INC., offers service to its valued customers based on
the following terms of service. When a customer makes
use of the main site, or purchases products through GENZO's
additional sites, he or she consents to the following
items.
All Contents are Copyrighted
All contents offered from the main site
are copyrighted by their original creators.
No material can be copied, reproduced, republished, or
redistributed in any way outside of personal use.
If any illegal acts are committed by the customer against
the copyrighted material which leads to losses or damages,
compensation may be demanded without prior notification.
The validity of contents and licenses.
Different contents are each purchased through
a separate license.
Once a customer has purchased a license and contents,
they remain effective as long as the customer uses the
same computer terminal as their original download.
Once the contents have been downloaded and purchase made,
there is no time limit to how long they can be used. The
contents can be used continuously.
However, if the original computer breaks
down or is replaced, or if for some reason the OS needs
to be reinstalled, the license no longer applies. Also,
90 days after a particular item has been offered on the
homepage, it may be taken down without prior notice.
Concerning Cancellations / Refunds / Guarantees
Once the product has been purchased, cancellations/refunds
will not be granted, under no circumstances.
Interruptions/discontinuations of service
At any time, site information and or services, in their
entirety or in parts, may be interrupted or discontinued
entirely. At such a time that service is discontinued
the site makes no guarantees of repaying losses to its
consumers.
Disclaimer
GENZO makes no guarantees that the contents
and or information granted to customers from the main
site will be complete, accurate, or useful. GENZO also
takes no responsibility for the use or misuse of, or losses
sustained by the customer because of purchased products.

information and terms of service listed on the site without
