1) Download & Extract the .exe file
Click the [DOWNLOAD NOW] button on the Top Page to download
the file.
Double click the downloaded file to extract, then click
the ***.exe file.
2)Download
Contents
At the bottom of your screen the "License Controller"
will appear. Click [Download Content(D)]and then [Start]
once it appears on your screen.
Download will take some time.
Once the download is finished, click [Read Sample(S)]
to view the sample.
3)Purchase
a license number
On the License Controller, click [Purchase].
On the next screen, input the correct information mentioned
below and click [Purchase].
(No exchange of money will have taken place yet).

Do I need
to connect to the internet?
While downloading the file, extracting its contents, and
during purchasing, please stay connected to the internet.
After all that is finished, there's no need to stay connected
while you read.
How
long can I keep reading one book?
Once you've purchased the book, you can continue to read
it for as long as you like, providing you don't change
your computer or operating system.

have to reinstall it, you won't be able to read

can only read the manga on the computer you used
to download and pay for it with. If you buy a new
computer, you will not be able to read the manga

Can
I read manga you've bought on a different computer?
You can only read manga you've purchased on the original
computer. You cannot transfer the manga to another computer
to read.
Can
I cancel?
Due to the nature of the purchase, you cannot cancel once
your purchase has been made, and you will not receive
a refund.
My
computer broke, please issue me a new license.
If you have to reinstall your operating system, or if
you suffer computer failure of some kind, you will have
to repurchase your license.
Can
I buy back issues?
You can, however, after ninety days of its release it
may be taken down from the site without notice.
Can
I print out the pictures?
For the sake of copyright protection, printing is not
allowed.
Can
I pay by paypal or remittance?
So
sorry,we can't deal with paypal as payment for GENZO for
the present. It's so complecated that we give personally
license to each person who send paypal/remittance. In
case of credit card, we can give you license automatically
when you purchase GENZO.
Please kindly understand our situation.
I'm
not available GENZO because I run Mac OS. Are you planning
to release a Macintosh OS X compatible programme for downloading
/ viewing your content?
We're
very sorry that we've not prepared the system for Apple/Mac!
We know, there're a lots of people who proper Mac OS.
As you mentioned, we've going to develop the system for
Mac from the biginning of GENZO. but you know, it takes
much time, so please kindly give us time for a while.
Then, is
it not possible to get them in PDF form or something like
that for Apple users?
We
don't think about launching PDF file from the view of
copyright.

1)I can't
access the screen
If by opening the book you can no longer
access your screen, first move your cursor to the place
between the table of contents and the binding, and drag
it to a new position. Then, move your cursor to the corner
so that it takes the shape of an arrow, and drag the corner
to make the window smaller.
2)What if my payment fails?
Please contact us through the Inquiry Form.
3)What
if I accidentally delete the .exe file or contents file?
If a back issue is available, you can simply download
the file again. However, if we stop selling the back issue,
you won’t be able to re-download, so please make
a backup. The files you can back up are as follows (the
license agreement itself is already written into the computer
system data.
